One thing that we’re always thinking about is executive protection maintenance. No, not thinking about maintaining the quality of our EP programs, which we do do too. But thinking about taking preventative care of all of our EP vehicles and other machines or tools we use in protecting our principals.
Whether the vehicle or auxiliary machine or technology is ours or a vendors, our approach is to continually make sure that nothing breaks down in the equipment. A flat tire can be a gravely dangerous situation when protecting a client, and these things can happen beyond our preventative maintenance. However, when such events happen, our training includes extremely fast vehicle swaps or tire changes – on a par with Formula 1 pit crews.
For everything that can be prevented with preventative maintenance, we have detailed check lists and the most capable people taking care of vehicles, machinery, weapons, technology tools, software and everything that goes into modern close protection.
As well, we take the same preventative approach with our team members – making sure they are always in top performance shape, in mind and body.
